This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling 
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Patchy fog is possible through late morning, mainly over the 
southern Texas Panhandle and the Rolling Plains.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to 
continue over the Rolling Plains through the first half of today. A 
Flood Watch is in effect until noon for areas off the Caprock.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

A widespread first freeze is likely Saturday morning over much of 
the Caprock.
