A cold front will keep 20 foot winds elevated this afternoon through Friday afternoon, out of the north around 20-25 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Fire weather concerns, however, will be mitigated by recent heavy rainfall across much of the region and afternoon minimum humidity of 25 percent or higher.
