SOUTHEASTERN SWISHER COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM CDT...

At 824 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Kress, or 12 miles southeast of Tulia, moving southwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Tulia, Kress, and Claytonville.
