A frontal zone will meander about the Mid-Atlantic through Friday. 
Another cold front will push south across the waters this weekend 
before settling south over the Carolinas by early next week. Special
 Marine Warnings may be needed for strong to severe thunderstorms 
through Saturday, but especially this afternoon and evening.
