At 534 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots along with an abrupt wind shift of north to northwesterly. This front was located along a line extending from 28 nm northwest of Middle River to 33 nm northwest of Back River to 29 nm northwest of Key Bridge, moving southeast at 20 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots along with an abrupt wind shift and locally higher waves.
