A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...

At 627 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing 
winds to around 20 to 25 knots, along with a wind shift over to 
northwesterly. This front was located along a line extending from 
near Quantico to 11 nm west of Aquia Creek to 25 nm west of Brent 
Point, moving east at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 20 to 25 knots and locally 
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until 
these storms pass.
