            A severe wind gust blew down a strand of numerous tall 
            power poles for about a third of a mile, from the 
            Cromwell Light Rail Station to 3rd Ave S along Baltimore 
            Annapolis Blvd. Poles and wires fell over the light rail 
            tracks.
