* Special Marine Warning for...
  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...
  Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD...

* Until 700 PM EDT.

* At 531 PM EDT, gust fronts were located along a line extending from
  14 nm west of Key Bridge to 13 nm northwest of Mason Neck State
  Park to 12 nm northwest of Leesylvania State Park, moving east at
  20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 
           suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

* Locations impacted include...
  Leesylvania State Park, National Harbor, Smallwood State Park,
  Quantico, Fort Washington, Tidal Basin, Reagan National Airport,
  Gunston Hall, Mason Neck State Park, Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Indian
  Head, Key Bridge, Occoquan Bay, Fort Hunt, and Alexandria.
