  Southeastern Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 510 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Star Tannery,
  or 10 miles north of Strasburg, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Winchester, Millwood Pike, Stephens City, Star Tannery, Greenwood,
  High View Manor, Gainesboro, Wilde Acres, Cedar Grove, Rock Enon
  Springs, Albin, Gore, Lehew, and Gravel Springs.
