.DISCUSSION...

A strong inversion will be in place Friday morning. Mixing should
start around 11 AM with heights increasing through peak heating. 
That said, heights will barely get over 3000 feet Friday 
afternoon. Wind speeds will start off from the east in the
morning, but will shift and become southeasterly through the
afternoon. The inversion will likely redevelop shortly after 
sunset with another strong inversion (very limited mixing) 
overnight Friday into Saturday. Afternoon mixing heights will be 
higher through the weekend with continued dry humidities through
peak heating each afternoon this weekend.
