At 521 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over The Vicinity Of
Clubfoot Creek, or 8 nm southwest of Oriental, moving east at 10
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.
