* At 641 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cape Lookout,
  moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ar285, Atlas Tanker, 14 Buoy, R-8 Buoy, Cape Lookout Bight, Cape
  Lookout, and The Knuckle Buoy.
