...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL JONES...SOUTH
CENTRAL LENOIR...NORTHWESTERN ONSLOW AND NORTHEASTERN DUPLIN COUNTIES
THROUGH 800 PM EDT...

At 747 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Potters Hill, or 16 miles northwest of Half Moon, moving east at 15
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Potters Hill, Pink Hill, and Hargetts Crossroads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
