...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
Lake Michigan nearshore and open waters to mid lake from Sheboygan WI
to Wind Point WI...

At 724 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 28 nm west of
Little Sable Point Light to 27 nm east of Port Washington to 16 nm
east of North Pt. Lt. to near Whitefish Bay, moving east at 20 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
