...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT...

For the following areas...
Lake Michigan from Wind Point WI TO Winthrop Harbor IL 5 nm off shore
to mid lake...

At 1227 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line 
extending from 21 nm east of Wind Point, to 33 nm west of Holland 
Lighthouse, to 14 nm northwest of South Haven Lighthouse, to 6 nm 
northeast of St. Joseph Lighthouse, moving northeast at 50 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Airport and marine observations.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
