* At 156 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 17 nm southeast of Cedar Grove, or 18 nm
  east of Port Washington, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and small hail.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas.
