Some lake effect cloud cover as well as some isolated light lake effect rain showers are also expected today over the east half, with highs over the area generally only getting into the 60s (save for maybe around 70 in the south central). With the northerly- ish winds bringing the marine layer inland, expect the minRHs to only drop down into the 40 percents to maybe mid 30 percents over the far west and south central this afternoon (higher everywhere else).
