A Hudson low moves into northern Quebec throughout today, sending a trough as low as 29.9 inches over the Upper Great Lakes. Weak high pressure to 30.0 inches then builds over Lake Superior and northern Ontario Thursday and Friday. Saturday, the high builds to 30.1 inches as it shifts towards southern Ontario. The high continues to shift south Sunday, reaching the Lower Great Lakes at 30.2 inches before weakening to 30.1 inches again Monday south of the Great Lakes. By late Monday, low pressure of at least 29.6 inches will develop near the Ontario/Manitoba line.
