...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL RHEA...SOUTHWESTERN
LOUDON...NORTHEASTERN MEIGS...NORTH CENTRAL MCMINN AND SOUTHWESTERN
ROANE COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM EDT...

At 811 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Spring City, or 10 miles northeast of Decatur, moving
east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Fairview, Spring City, Murray Store, Ten Mile, Peakland, and Eagle
Furnace.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
