.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain over the region today,
with mostly sunny skies expected. On Wednesday, an upper level
disturbance will move through, bringing a distinct wind shift to
the west-southwest by the afternoon. Gusts of 20-25 mph will begin
by early afternoon and continue through the early evening. Mid-
level moisture and instability will increase leading to isolated
showers and thunderstorms in vicinity of the fire by late
afternoon into the early evening. A very low probability (less
than 10%) of wetting rains will accompany any shower or 
thunderstorm activity with generally small pockets of rain under 
stronger shower and thunderstorm cores.
