.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will bring a warming and 
drying trend Monday. Thermal belts begin to strengthen Monday 
night, with limited RH recoveries. Southwest winds will develop
Monday morning, becoming westerly during the afternoon with gusts
up to 18 mph. Winds turn northwesterly during the evening 
becoming light and downslope Monday night. 

Monsoon moisture will begin to stream in aloft Tuesday afternoon,
providing enough mid-level instability for scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms. Winds will generally be light with any 
concerns centered around outflows should a thunderstorm hit the 
fire.
