.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure will bring a warming and 
drying trend Monday. Thermal belts begin to strengthen Monday 
night, with limited RH recoveries. Light and terrain driven winds
expected Monday into Tuesday. Monsoon moisture will begin to 
stream in aloft Tuesday afternoon, providing enough mid-level 
instability for scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Outflow winds and lightning will be the primary threats should a
storm approach the fire.
