.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between high pressure over the
western Atlantic and lower pressure over the Caribbean will 
allow for moderate trades over the Atlantic waters and mostly 
fresh trades over the Caribbean waters. Moderate seas are 
forecast across the regional waters. A weak tropical wave near 
63W will move across the Caribbean regional waters through
tonight. Another weak tropical wave will move across the 
Caribbean regional waters Mon night through Tue night. Yet, 
another tropical wave may approach the Lesser Antilles and far 
eastern Caribbean late on Wed and move across the eastern 
Caribbean Thu and Thu night. These waves will freshen the trade 
wind flow across the regional waters. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms near these waves may be capable of producing strong
gusty winds.
