.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between high pressure over the
western Atlantic and low pressure over the southern Caribbean 
will lead to moderate trades over Atlantic waters and fresh 
trades over the Caribbean waters into midweek. Winds are likely
to increase slightly Wed night through Thu night as a tropical 
wave crosses the eastern Caribbean. Seas through the week will 
remain moderate.
