* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Fremont County in southwestern Iowa...
  Southern Page County in southwestern Iowa...
  Northeastern Johnson County in southeastern Nebraska...
  Nemaha County in southeastern Nebraska...
  Southern Otoe County in southeastern Nebraska...
  Northeastern Pawnee County in southeastern Nebraska...
  Northwestern Richardson County in southeastern Nebraska...

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 502 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
    fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Nebraska City, Clarinda, Auburn, Shenandoah, Hamburg, Sidney,
    Humboldt, Peru, Farragut, Johnson, Cook, Riverton, Talmage,
    College Springs, Coin, Shambaugh, Dunbar, Braddyville and Stella.
