.DISCUSSION...
A wetting rain takes place during this morning, with a break
in wet weather for much of the afternoon. The winds will gust
out of the southwest this afternoon. Rain is likely again with 
the approach of a cold front towards this evening with the
chance of thunderstorms, some of which may be strong to severe 
with strong gusty winds. Any lingering showers end across 
eastern sections early on Saturday, with lowering humidity 
into the afternoon with gusty north-northwest winds.
