At 1231 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located 13 nm west of South Amboy, moving east at 20 knots.

  Raritan Bay around 105 PM EDT.
  Keansburg around 110 PM EDT.
  Sandy Hook and Sandy Hook Bay around 125 PM EDT.
  Lower New York Harbor around 135 PM EDT.
