* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Bergen County in northeastern New Jersey...
  Essex County in northeastern New Jersey...
  Hudson County in northeastern New Jersey...
  Eastern Passaic County in northeastern New Jersey...
  Union County in northeastern New Jersey...
  Bronx County in southeastern New York...
  Kings (Brooklyn) County in southeastern New York...
  New York (Manhattan) County in southeastern New York...
  Queens County in southeastern New York...
  Richmond (Staten Island) County in southeastern New York...

* WHEN...Until 645 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 451 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
    Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Flatbush, Flushing, Passaic,
    Bayonne, Mott Haven, Hoboken, Plainfield, Bloomfield, East
    Tremont, Hackensack, Linden, Orange, Coney Island, Summit,
    Lyndhurst, Millburn and Rutherford.
