.DISCUSSION...

Critical fire weather conditions are expected today due to low 
relative humidities and gusty winds. Strong winds will be present 
over the upper benches this morning with lighter winds and sheltering near 
Park Lake.  These lower slopes have a moderate chance to experience 
some eddying and reverse winds at times.  Winds will decrease for a few 
hours between 1000-1300 with subtle shift to west/southwest however 
northwest winds will increase again in the afternoon 1400-1700 with 
gusts 20-30 mph, especially closer to 1700 and into the evening. 
Breezy winds and dry conditions will continue on Thursday.
