Breezy west winds and dry conditions will continue through this 
evening and subside late tonight. Winds pick up again Thursday 
afternoon, though will not be as breezy as today. Winds shift from
west to southwest Thursday night into Friday, becoming breezy 
once again Friday afternoon. Afternoon RHs will fall into the mid 
teens again Thursday, then will trend slightly higher in the low 
20s Friday. RH recovery at night will be fair to poor for the 
foreseeable future.
