Winds will be light this morning then shift to the southwest 
1000-1200 with afternoon gusts around 15 mph between 1400-1700.
Winds will shift to the west then northwest 1700-2000 with 
increasing speeds and gusts and remain gusty through midnight.
Temperatures will remain warm with low afternoon humidity and 
poor overnight recoveries.  Friday will feature a similar 
wind pattern with slightly stronger southwest gusts in the 
afternoon.
