...Strong erratic outflow winds near thunderstorms this afternoon.  
Winds shift expected this afternoon and evening...

Dynamic weather day with shifting winds and chances for thunderstorms.
The area is currently in a break of showers but the threat will increase
again this afternoon between 1300-2000.  A few storms could be strong 
with erratic outflow winds to 50 mph and brief downpours.  General winds 
will be from the southeast this morning shifting to the southwest then 
northwest 1700-1900 and become gusty through the evening with the passage 
of a cold front.    Northwest winds will persist overnight into Sunday 
with cooler temperatures and higher humidity.
