...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Bonner, east
central Stevens and northern Pend Oreille Counties through 430 AM
PDT...

At 401 AM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 20
miles west of Nordman, or 37 miles northwest of Priest River, moving
northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Nordman, Ione, Sullivan Lake Campground, Lost Creek, Noisy Creek
Campground, Ruby, and Tiger.

This includes U.S. Highway 20 in Washington between mile markers 382
and 404.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
