* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Brazos River at Seymour.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The river remains within its banks in
  southern Knox and southern Baylor counties.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.1 feet
    this evening.
  - Action stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
