...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northern Lincoln,
southeastern Logan and eastern Payne Counties through 515 AM CDT...

At 438 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles west of Ripley to near Kendrick.
Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cushing, Chandler, Perkins, Stroud, Yale, Davenport, Carney, Tryon,
Ripley, Agra, Kendrick, Fallis, Quay, Avery, Ingalls, and Parkland.
