Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected today, especially
during the afternoon. There is a Marginal Risk, or level 1 out of 5,
for severe thunderstorms this afternoon. The main hazard is expected
to be damaging wind. In addition, the showers and thunderstorms 
could produce locally heavy rainfall, which could result in isolated
flash flooding.
