the next couple of days as dry air (minimum relative humidities
around 20 to 30 percent) with breezy to locally windy conditions
develop. Strongest winds will develop from the northwest Sunday
morning and peak through the late morning to early afternoon.
Winds strengthen in the late afternoon through evening hours with
sustained winds of 10 to 20 mph. Overnight recoveries will be good.
