develop overnight, becoming southeast late tomorrow morning.
Afternoon RHs will be in the low 20s today, then lower into the
mid teens tomorrow. Overnight recovery fair to good. High 
pressure building over the region starting late tonight will 
bring warming temperatures and slightly unstable conditions into
the mid week.
