.DISCUSSION...Breezy west to northwest winds will persist today,
becoming light late overnight. High pressure building to the
east will result in winds shifting to the southeast Monday.
Afternoon RHs will be in the mid 40s today due to a marine
push with winds, but wind shift to the southeast will result in
afternoon RHs in the mid 20s Monday. Warming and drying trend will
continue into the midweek with slightly unstable conditions
developing as well.
