...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL UNION COUNTY
THROUGH 945 PM PDT...

At 909 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles southeast of Starkey, or 13 miles southwest of La Grande,
moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
La Grande.

This includes Interstate 84 between mile markers 263 and 281.
