Enterprise, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Enterprise, Joseph, and Lostine.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 3 between mile markers 35 and 43.
 Highway 82 between mile markers 53 and 71.
