  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Sea Breeze, Ship John Shoal Light,
  Reedy Point, and Pea Patch Island.
