This low continues to weaken and move eastward today with high pressure building in from the west over southeast Idaho. There are some lingering clouds across our eastern areas currently but most areas have cleared out. With high pressure, clear skies, and lingering moisture expect patchy fog tomorrow morning. Expect dry conditions through Monday with a gradual warming trend under high pressure. Winds will remain light through Sunday. For lower elevations, highs today will be in the 50s for most and we return to the low 60s for Friday afternoon. Expect mid 60s by Sunday and Monday. Overall, the models are showing a system starting to move into the area by early next Tuesday. Though, models continue to disagree on exact timing. Some models hold off the system until later next week. If models stay on the same track, expect winds to pick up by Monday afternoon. Currently models show good precipitation chances Tuesday and Wednesday.
