...OUTFLOW WINDS TO 55 MPH WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BEAR LAKE COUNTY 
THROUGH 615 PM MDT...

At 546 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary 
approaching Bear Lake. Movement was south at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated and mesonet observations. 

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Bear Lake Idaho Portion, Saint Charles, Dingle, Paris, Bloomington,
Border Summit, Fish Haven, and Pegram.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

These winds may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio 
stations and available television stations for additional 
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

If on or near Bear Lake, get out of the water and move indoors or 
inside a vehicle. Strong winds will create rough chop. Move to safe 
shelter now! Do not be caught on the water.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM MDT for
southeastern Idaho.
