...STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ACROSS GILA COUNTY...

At 308 PM MST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located over
Peridot, or 17 miles southeast of Globe. The storm is nearly
stationary.

Conditions are becoming more favorable for the development of
additional thunderstorms. Some storms may become strong to severe.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail will be possible.

Locations impacted include...
San Carlos and Peridot.

This includes the following highways...
AZ Route 70 between mile markers 260 and 271.
AZ Route 77 near mile marker 167.
