After another cold night tonight, temperatures will rebound over the weekend through early next week with dry conditions through Saturday, followed by a slight uptick in afternoon showers and thunderstorms over the mountains for Sunday and Monday. Another system will move onshore out west, increasing southwest flow across Colorado through mid to late week. This will keep above normal temperatures over the area with increasing southwest winds. Showers will become more widespread over the mountains by mid to late week, though snow levels are expected to remain across the higher peaks and passes. Cooler and unsettled weather may spread across all of the district next weekend as the system crosses the Rockies, though details on track, strength and even the timing of this system are highly uncertain at this point.
