A cold front has shifted winds from the north at the site this morning but winds are predicted to shift around from the east then south through 10 AM with strong southwest winds picking up by noon with gusts up to 50 mph. Combined with critically low humidity values, this will bring a return of critical to extreme fire weather conditions today. The cold front will push back into the site between 8 PM and 9 PM bringing a wind shift from the north and good humidity recovery, especially after midnight. It will be quite chilly across the area tonight and patchy frost will be possible by morning if clouds clear out fast enough Tuesday morning. Tuesday will be cooler with lighter winds and higher humidities, though it will remain dry with no chances for rain. .REST OF TODAY...
