.DISCUSSION...

For tonight scattered showers and storms are expected to be 
ongoing around the burn scar area. Stronger storms will be capable
of producing heavy rainfall, strong outflow winds to 50-55 mph, 
small hail, and frequent lightning. This precipitation is expected
to end and push east around 10-11 PM this evening, with dry 
conditions then prevailing into tomorrow afternoon. Sunday 
afternoon then brings a repeat of today, though with greater 
coverage of showers and storms, and given this, a Flash Flood 
Watch has been issued for the Aspen Acres burn scar area. These 
showers and storms will again linger around in the evening, and 
then finally dissipate and push east by around 10 PM tomorrow 
evening. Monday brings the same thing, another round of scattered 
to numerous rain showers and thunderstorms, with early afternoon 
development expected. Looking at winds, outside of thunderstorms, 
winds will remain fairly light, less than 10 mph and no 
appreciable gusts, through this period of interest. Overnight, 
winds will follow a standard downwind drainage pattern, if not 
even become light and variable. During the day time hours, more 
westerly to northwesterly winds are anticipated to prevail. As for
humidity values, they will follow a typical diurnal trend. Values
overnight will increase to 67-74%, with values dropping to around
30% Sunday, and slightly drier values Monday to around 25%.
