BURN SCAR WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch for the Aspen Acres Burn Scar will expire for a
portion of southeast Colorado, including the following areas, Wet
Mountains Above 10000 Feet and Wet Mountains between 6300 and 10000
Feet.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch
will expire at 8 PM MDT this evening.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE ASPEN ACRES BURN SCAR REMAINS IN EFFECT
FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding and debris flows caused by excessive rainfall
  continue to be possible over the Aspen Acres burn scar.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Colorado, including the Wet
  Mountains.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heavy rainfall over the Aspen Acres burn scar is expected
  up to and during the period of the watch. Residents near the Aspen
  Acres burn scar should prepare for potential debris flow. Be sure
  to stay up to date with information from local authorities. Heavy
  rainfall could trigger flash flooding of low-lying areas, urbanized
  street flooding, and debris flows in and near recent wildfire burn
  scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - National Weather Service Meteorologists are forecasting heavy
