...Areas of fog and poor visibility through daybreak...

Fog is developing across portions of central NC this morning,
especially in areas that saw rainfall Tuesday evening.
Visibilities may drop as low as a half mile over very short
distances. Use caution if traveling this morning and allow plenty
of space between vehicles.
